Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed when items are placed in your shopping cart.
Orders outside of the Netherlands may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and/or taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. These possible additional costs are at your own cost and can in no case be claimed with CURMS.
Orders in the Netherlands: orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-3 working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
We ship orders worldwide! Same as above.
Orders are generally received within 4-28 business days from the ship date. Delivery will be made by your local postal service.
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been shipped. This email will contain a tracking number, so you will be able to track your parcel and see any updates about the delivery.
We hope you will enjoy every purchase you make at curms.com, but if you ever need to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in sale-able condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded.
All items should be returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging. Returns are only accepted for items of unworn/undamaged/unwashed condition with their original tags attached.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Shipping costs are for the purchaser’s (you) own expenses. As soon as we have received your package in good manner, we will contact you and we will refund you the total amount of your purchase. If you choose to exchange your order, we will return the items you want to your address, these shipping costs are for CURMS.
CURMS is clearing up. Items purchased with any discount codes or with fixed discount can not be returned for a refund. Not sure about your size or product? Please contact us and we are happy to help you further. Once we’ve received a return with a discount code we will contact you. We won’t make a refund, but you can always exchange the item for other products.
As all of our products are handmade, manufacturing faults do occasionally occur unfortunately. So if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) should be obtained when returning any item.
